Creation date: 3/18/2025 12:15 AM    Updated: 3/20/2025 1:47 AM   cavity fail inspection log logfile machine ng pass sequence test
Case:

1. The S/N 30 log result is PASS but sent to the REWORK.

2. And logfile also show that S/N 29 is NG and S/N 30 is OK.

Solution:

1. The user has configured the incorrect sequence setting to the inspection/test machine. The user must follow the sequence order same as the Laser Marking sequence order.

2. From MES system 'Serial Number Unit History', the cavity number of S/N 30 is 2.

3. The incorrect sequence order that has been configure in the inspection/test machine, machine incorrect collected the cavity number 2 as S/N 29.

4. MES follows the correct way of Laser Mark sequence order and recorded cavity 2 (S/N 30) as NG as shown in the Unit Status and History.

*The user must configure all process setup of the sequence order in the machines must be the same as the Laser Mark sequence order.
