1. System will issue an unplanned downtime with the unplanned downtime type as Equipment / Jigs & Fixture down when the system detects that the user has not completed a transaction using the API for more than 30 minutes.

2. System will remove the unplanned downtime automatically when system detects that user has completed the transaction using API.
