ATE File Not Being Processed

Step #1

Go to this folder to check whether file was sent to the server successfully

\\10.253.0.169\mTrac\FileProcessed\ATE\Distributor\Log

Open up the file with the closest date time

Step #2

Find the file you sent over either by work order or by file name in the file content

For here, we can locate the load # the file is being distributed to be processed. In this case, Instance 3

Step #3
Go to the ATE parent directory and locate Instance 3

Step #4

Go to the log folder of Instance 3 and locate the log file closest to the processing time

Open up the file and locate the file following same treatment as Step #2

You will see the error Invalid File Content - Meaning the file content does not fulfill format's structure
