Approval Route for new customer setting

1. To enable the approval route for shipment, user is required to maintain the rule hierarchy through Maintenance > Rule Hierarchy Setup page.

2. User is required to set the rule hierarchy called "CofC_Approval_Route".

3. Then, user is required to select the Site, Customer, and the Rule Hierarchy Value and click the "Add" button.
