1) First Pass Yield - take the first result for that specific operation. So if the first time the unit was tested did not fall in the date range selected, it will not be included in the count (same goes to final product yield).
2) Final Product Yield - if the board has been retested for N times, it will take the last result. However, if the next operation has been transacted and the same unit is queued back to the operation again, it will be counted as twice.
3) Production Yield - it will include how many units went to ICT machine for that specific period. If the same board went it N times, it will be counted as N times. Maybe it's useful to check how many times ICT machine is being occupied.
