Serial Number conflict with Panel ID (Laser Mark)

When there're more than one logfile having the same Serial Number will causing the format of the serial number conflict.

Logfile will show the error message "Msg_NotSamePanelSerialNumber".

Please check the format of the Serial Number and the Panel ID.
