Pdf Printing

1. First, when user wants to print the label in A4 size which is also known as PDF, user is required to request for disable of a rule hierarchy name 'PackagingLabelDisableStandardFormat'.

2. When user wants to print the label in A4 size or PDF, this means it is not a standard label anymore but a customized label. Therefore, user will have to disable the rule hierarchy for respective Customer and Product with the rule hierarchy value set as Yes.

3. Then, user will have to setup the label template for respective product with A4 size setup.

4. After user has successfully created the label template, user will have to attach the label template to it's respective products.

5. Before user try to print out the label, user will have to maintain the label printing configuration as well. User can go to Maintenance > Label Printing Configuration.

6. User can choose the communication type as Network Printer or Windows Printer with the Printer Mode as Pdf. For Network Printer, the printer name will be the IP address of the printer like Image 4.
