Route Setup - Threshold Allowed

The threshold allowed determine the NUMBER OF TIMES where the user can perform the operation. For example, if the threshold allowed is set to 1 like Image 1, then user is only allowed to do the AOI-BOTTOM once and if the threshold allowed is set to 2, then user is allowed to do the AOI-BOTTOM 2 times for each unit. 

Note* User can refer to UNIT HISTORY to check the frequency of certain unit on certain operation as system will calculate the frequency for certain operation start from unit creation. System will NOT reset the calculation even if the unit went to rework.

Scenario 1, the unit showed in Image 1 has been AOI-BOTTOM once and sent for rework.

However, as the threshold allowed was set to 1. Therefore, user is not allowed to scan the unit back to AOI-BOTTOM. The system will show an error message to indicate that the unit has reached the max threshold allowed for this operation.
