Failure Analysis by Time Report

1. User can go to Report > Failure Analysis by Time to search for the details of defects for each units.

2. For Failure Analysis by Time, it will retrieve all the defects according to the parameter entered by the user within a time period.

3. For example, system will retrieve all the defects even though the unit is having the same defect for multiple times. Hence, in Image 2, user can see that there are duplicate serial number and defect along with the debug action.
