Basically, MES is
getting the below info from InforLN :
- Product - As long
as they maintain all the products to be run before LN is down, then should be
fine
- BOM - As long
as they download all the BOMs to be run before LN is down, then should be fine
- Route - As
long as they download all the Routes to be run before LN is down, then should
be fine
- Work Order - Need
to clear all the errors before LN is down if not those that are having errors
when we try to auto create it, those work orders will not be in MES
- Lot - Offline setup
& PLV - New lots received will not be available. Need to ensure all the
lots are being received and the job will transfer to MES. For those extremely
old lots, we might have issue.
- MSL Info - Two
pages - generating MSL FMIDs via PO line page and from the existing lot, it
will get the MSL real time. So these two pages cannot be used. Those lots without unique FMID ID being generated cannot be issued to the job order when LN is down.
- Sales Order Link -
Must perform sales order link for all the related work orders before LN is
down, if not no address will be printed on the packaging label
- Shipment Module - Real time referring
to LN for shipment info
