When there is missing Lots/ reels when user searched for the FMID's balance life details on FMID Balance Life Inquiry page, user is required to check the status of the reels.

If the reel(s) is no longer being used inside the new file, it will be removed automatically. MES will only shows those reels that are actively being used.
