Laser Mark (BADMARK)

Laser Marking process already finished but there are still
got some SNs did not transact in the MES but already physically marked.
This is due to BADMARK result. Units with BADMARK result
will not be created, but it will be stored inside database. Hence, although user change the result to PASS
and dump the file again, unit will not be created as well because it has
already exists in the database.

i. User can choose to increase SFC quantity, for laser mark process that create new SN to replace the units with BADMARK result.
ii. Then after all
the units have been created successfully, user can update the SFC quantity to
match with the number of units created.
2.
i. The second way is to cancel all the
units under the same panel where one of the units is having BADMARK result.
ii. Then,
user is required to re-dump the whole file for laser marking.
