System does not support the action

1. Whenever user encounters the message which is {0} does not support the unit's unit location/unit status as the image shown below, please note that this is not an issue or error.
2. It is a message to shows that the unit is not allowed to perform the following action. user is required to ask the permission from admin whether the action should be allowed.
3. If yes, admin can create the permission through Unit Readiness Task Maintenance page. Maintenance > Unit Readiness Maintenance.
4. Admin can select the task and the unit's details accordingly.
