Downtime Tracker Response

After the unplanned downtime is trigger and Downtime Tracker Response screen not able to show the respective downtime, user may go to check for the User Role Access Page that set for user to see the respective downtime type for Downtime Tracker Response screen. (Refer to Figure 1.1 ).

If the user role access was set, user need to go to the Downtime Maintenance to check is it the user role that allow to access had already assign to the respective downtime Type, if not user need to set for it (Refer to Figure 1.2). *Note - Transfer Downtime Category no need select*

NOTE - User need to add the user role access to RESPECTIVE downtime Type. If not user unable to see the downtime tracker response. 
For example : User create a downtime tracker which is "Quality Issue" downtime Type (Refer to Figure 1.3), then user need to assign/add the correct User Role Access to it. So that the user can see the downtime tracker at the Downtime Tracker Response Screen. (Refer to Figure 1.4)

After all the setting is done, the user that allow to access able to see the downtime Tracker Response.
