How to maintain MPN Control

1. User is able to maintain MPN Control through Product -> MPN Control Maintenance menu.

2. User is required to select a Control Scope.

3. System will change the display according to the selected control scope. User can choose to create the control one by one or by batches. Steps to create MPN Control by batches start from step number 7.

4. User is required to fill up all displayed fields except Remark where Remark field is optional.

5. User can click the Save button after user has filled up the required fields.

6. User can also filter the record by providing condition and click the Search button.

7. If user wants to create MPN Control by batches, user can tick theIs Import By Batchoption.

8. User can select a Control Scope and click the Download Template Filebutton to download the template file for different Control Scope.

9. The template file will contains 2 sheets where the first sheet will be the sample sheet and second sheet will be the sheet for user to edit. **Please do not edit on the Sample Sheet as system will only read the sheet other than Sample Sheet.

10. After user has successfully maintained the template file, user can proceed to upload the template file and click the Save button.

11. User can remove or delete the existing record by clicking the Delete link button inside the grid.
